Gel-X is the modern way to get length without the weight, dust or odor of old-school extensions. A pre-shaped soft-gel tip is bonded to your natural nail and cured to a strong, lightweight finish that looks and feels remarkably natural. It is one of Boulder’s most-requested extension services, and one of our favorites to do.
Instead of sculpting length from liquid and powder, Gel-X uses a full-cover soft-gel tip that bonds along the whole nail, not just the edge. That full-surface bond is what makes it so secure and so light. There is no heavy drilling, no strong smell, and the result is flexible enough to feel like your own nails while being strong enough to last. It is a clean, comfortable service from start to finish.

A Gel-X set typically looks fresh for two to three weeks and holds up well with care. As your nails grow you can come in for a fill or a fresh set. Removal is a gentle soak-off, never a pry or a peel, so your natural nails stay healthy underneath. A daily drop of cuticle oil keeps everything flexible and looking good longer.
